and provide modern cutting technology. The water jet has the ability to cut virtually
any material including: foams, plastics, composites, and ferrous and non-ferrous
metals. |
Material thickness
ranging from shim stock to 6-inch plate can be cut with excellent surface finishes,
reducing, or in most cases eliminating secondary operations.
Parts produced
using a water jet have no heat-affected zone, heat distortion, or mechanical stresses
often caused by other cutting methods.
